Friendly service but exorbitant prices2300 yen for a burger, definitely part of a tourist trap. Better off getting food elsewhere.Also draft beers seem to be a half pint which isn't expressed. Therefore a full Guinness pint is 2000 yen...

Great option for American style food! A bit pricey for a hard Rock Cafe but it's to be expected due to it's proximity to the park. Overall great experience and the staff and service were prompt and pleasant.

If it wasn’t for the friendly waitstaff I would have walked out ... 2 out of 3 meals ordered were terrible.. everything was over priced

It's hard to find any decent burgers around here unless you spend some cash. Hard Rock has good burgers, but you're gonna pay. Still, I like the lively atmosphere, and the wait staff is fantastic. Our waiter was so patient and nice to the kids!

What more to say. Food are delicious, place is hip and souvenir shop has quite packed collection of pins.

Extremely disappointing wanna-be. Consuming the fame of Hard Rock Cafe, what they play in the restaurant are vulgar electronic pop music and Justin Bieber

Outstanding effort by staff on two consecutive evenings - they ensured our tricky dietary needs were met. And the food and entertainment was top notch. We especially admired the live rock performance featuring a traditional Japanese instrument. What a unique and treasured experience.

Serves typical American food in typical hard rock atmosphere. Lots of rock memorabilia and rock videos on the TV. They could do better on the veggie burger. But in general if you want to America food in Japan - hard rock could be a choice.

the staff are very friendly, we celebrate my friend's birthday over there, and i order a cake for her to give her surprise, i like their service so much, they even sing birthday song together, after that they give us alot of benefit since is my friend birthday. oh ya and the food there not bad. i love it. the besttttt 💪💪🤙

Good restaurant and very familiar atmosphere of you have been to one before. The wait staff were very friendly and there were a number who speak English if you don't know too much Japanese. It wasn't too busy when we went before the park closed and were able to be seated quickly and our meals came fast.

Great food and atmosphere

Great atmosphere and awesome food. There are many items to choose from. The prices are a little high but the portion sizes are huge. It's definitely worth it.
